Make your own iPhone ringtones in iTunes with any non-DRM protected music files is free and easy to do.
First, make sure iTunes is using the AAC encoder to import. For Windows users, click Edit> Preferences, click Import Settings General tab (Mac users click iTunes> Preferences). Select the AAC Encoder on the first drop-down menu, and click OK.
