CHIEFME with EVERYTHING BLUETOOTH

I have the LG scoop and cannot figure out the Bluetooth file transfer from my laptop. is that possible?

the laptop is Bluetooth ready and is equipped and both the laptop and phone are paired together. when I go to transfer the file i get an error message in the copy.
